1. The Seller
The "TajirPro" service ("Service") is provided by hiso tech ("Seller", "we"), the legal entity operating the platform. By using the Service you enter into a contract directly with hiso tech.
2. Acceptance
Continued use of the Service means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
3. Description
TajirPro is a SaaS platform for shop and inventory management: products, sales, POS, customers, suppliers, repairs and reports. Provided via web browser and desktop app.
4. Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for any of the following:
- Any illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Spam or infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to breach, probe or bypass security measures.
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code.
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Seller. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service under your subscription plan. You retain ownership of the data you enter.
7. Subscription & payment — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries related to payment, as well as refund requests.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
8. Service level & disclaimer
We aim to provide the Service consistently but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You materially breach these terms.
- You fail to pay your subscription.
- We suspect fraud or a security threat.
Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window (30 days) to export your data before deletion.
